Special Instructions for UURAF 2025 Film and Exhibit Presentations

UURAF 2025 will be a hybrid event consisting of multiple presentation formats. UURAF is a public event. Do not share confidential information in your abstract or presentation.

Film and Exhibit demonstrations allow students to present their scholarship through the production of artistic work such as documentary films, multi-media, art exhibits, photography, sculptures, digital art, and similar products. Every reasonable effort will be made to preserve the integrity of each film or exhibit.

Showcase Presentations

We are looking to feature up to eight art exhibits, films, and performances during UURAF 2025. If your creative project is complete at the time of registration, we encourage you to apply for the Showcase. Creations will be on display as pop-up shows in the Breslin Center on April 11. Presenters will have an opportunity to visit with and receive feedback from audience members. More details about the Showcase and how to apply are coming soon!
