For students interested in research, my advice is to stay curious, persistent, and open to collaboration. Research can be challenging, but working as a team with others who bring different strengths and perspectives is incredibly valuable. Don’t be afraid to ask questions, share ideas, and lean on your team when you hit obstacles. Teamwork is key to overcoming challenges, and being part of a group that supports and learns from each other will make the experience even more fulfilling.
